The Deal

Life is just a game,

a beautiful game

if you’re in luck,

but still a game.

You might get lucky

when you play the game.

or you can strike a bargain,

sell your soul to improve your odds,

then decide whether to play

or not.

Your deal,

your choice,

to play or not to play.

Just remember

three strikes 

and you’re out,

out of the game.

That was the bargain.
